The Caribbean's 1,000+ regulated financial institutions face binding cybersecurity mandates from central banks and correspondent banking partners, yet no technology-led provider operates at institutional scale in the region. Dr. Inshan Meahjohn recognized this gap after serving at the highest levels, at the intersection of digital governance, cybersecurity, and public-sector transformation.

 

As former CEO of iGovTT, he led national-scale digital initiatives for Trinidad and Tobago for over 15O MDA's. He launched  in under 100 days Anansi, the Caribbean's first national AI digital assistant, which won the IDB Pr.A.I.S.E. People's Choice Award. He was selected for the White House Digital Leaders Forum, holds a PhD, and has published peer-reviewed research on entrepreneurial ecosystems in small island developing states.

 

He founded DAG, a US registered company to build what the market lacks: an AI-augmented virtual CISO platform that delivers enterprise-grade compliance at a tenth of the cost of a full-time security officer. In its first months, DAG secured a partnership with Digital Nation Estonia and signed an MoU with the Caribbean Telecommunications Union, opening a direct channel to 20 member states. The company is now in the pre-seed round, focused on a $4.7B addressable market, as regulatory deadlines force every institution in the region to act.
