DAG signs Memorandum of Understanding with the Caribbean Telecommunications Union

The Caribbean Telecommunications Union, represented by Secretary-General Rodney Taylor, and Digital Alliance Global Group Inc., represented by Chief Executive Officer Dr. Inshan Meahjohn, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to explore opportunities for collaboration and support from DAG in advancing digital transformation initiatives across the Caribbean.
Together, the organisations will identify and pursue opportunities in areas including digital government, cybersecurity, digital identity, artificial intelligence, digital public infrastructure, and digital skills development.
The CTU is the intergovernmental treaty organisation established in 1989 by the Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community to help its 21 member states and territories advance their digital agendas. The MoU was signed on 9 March 2026 at the CTU Secretariat in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
