Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our institutional AI defense platform and associated digital transformation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately deactivate your account and cease all use of our platform.
Intellectual Property
All proprietary algorithms, AI models, defensive protocols, and software interfaces integrated within the platform are the exclusive property of Digital Alliance Global Group Inc. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to utilize these services for internal security governance only.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Alliance Global Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our cybersecurity solutions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled by final and binding arbitration administered in accordance with local commercial arbitration rules.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant updates will be communicated via the platform dashboard or email notification. Continued use of the services following such modifications constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by a court or arbitration board of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect to the greatest extent possible.
